Epsilon9
Built for the office that already has an ordinance
Epsilon9 makes STAyTUTE so clerks, planners, finance, and code enforcement share the same property file — on a system the community runs.
STAyTUTE is built for one job: the short-term rental program a city or county already administers. Hosts apply. Staff license and renew. Residents look up who is licensed and can file a problem on that property. It is not a booking marketplace and not a listing-identification network — staff import listing files today, and automated matching will arrive through a named partner feed rather than a crawler we operate.
We publish the order we build in. The roadmap lists what comes next, and the claims you will not find anywhere on this site. The product page marks each area as here or coming.

See it running on your ordinance
Send us the text and the step that costs your office the most time. We configure apply, review, license, directory, and the case file against your rules, then walk your team down that path — not a sample city with invented addresses.
